The Woman in Charge of Sean Combs' Empire

Dia Simms, president of Combs Enterprises, discusses her rise through the business world after starting her career at the Department of Defense. Simms is the first president of Combs Enterprises. Simms started as Sean Combs' assistant in 2005 and gradually worked her way up the ranks. At times, Simms oversaw Combs' liquor, entertainment, and clothing properties, including playing a huge role in creating and launching Ciroc Vodka. Simms says she's incredibly fortunate to be living through the #MeToo and Time's Up movements.
