When you go to the doctor and have to strip down into a gown, it can be a little uncomfortable. Care+Wear and Parsons School of Design are teaming up to change that. They collaborated on a new patient gown design. Chat Razdan, Co-Founder and CEO of Care+Wear, explains why his company decided to innovate patient gowns, which have largely remained the same for decades. Students at Parsons School of Design helped in the creation of the gown. They worked with eight New York City-area hospitals during the process. Care+Wear makes healthwear solutions for patients. The company started with PICC line covers, and has since branched out to include chest access clothing and its new patient gowns.
