Bravo's "Shahs of Sunset" star Mercedes "MJ" Javid confirms to Cheddar that the show will be renewed for a seventh season. She sat down with Alyssa Julya Smith in Los Angeles to talk about building her own brand, including the recent launch of her new lipstick line “Liquid Lips By MJ." She also touched on her thriving real estate business, and talked about the need for young people to get their finances together. She thinks the best way to do this is to get out of the rent cycle, and purchase property. She says that while the number of millennials purchasing property isn't high yet, she is starting to see some movement from young buyers in Los Angeles.

The National Retail Federation says private businesses have a right to limit restroom use.

The initial investment is expected to be $100 billion and could reach five times that sum. While Trump has seized on similar announcements to show that his presidency is boosting the economy, there were already expectations of a massive buildout of data centers and electricity plants needed for the development of AI.
