Dr. Frida Polli, founder and CEO of Pymetrics, explains how her website is helping people find their dream jobs. Pymetrics uses A.I. and machine learning to match people with jobs. Polli says companies need to stop using pieces of paper to evaluate applicants. She came up with the idea for the company when she realized her own resume didn't convey her own aspirations. Polli describes Pymetrics as a "Harry Potter sorting hat." Pymetrics uses brain teasers and there are no right or wrong answers. Polli says her technology has allowed companies like Accenture and Unilever to broaden their base of applicants and make more diverse hires.
