Jon Porter, vice president of Accuweather, recaps the damage done by Winter Storm Quinn. The storm dumped more than 26 inches of snow in upstate New York alone. Porter says the most severe damage was done in Pennsylvania, and there are more than a million people in the Northeast still without power. Porter explains there could still be another major winter storm on the way, which is expected to hit the Northeast Sunday or Monday.
