Taffer explains that his book, much like his show, offers individuals and business owners his no-nonsense strategy for turning excuses into solutions. Taffer breaks excuses down into six major categories: fear, time, knowledge, circumstances, ego, and scarcity. He explains that those categories all contribute to holding people back, but learning to conquer them can put the onus back on us to take control of our lives.
