Millennials tend to get a bad rap in the workforce for being flighty and lacking loyalty. According to Deloitte, two-thirds of millennials think they will leave their current employer by 2020. Render Media is a content creator for millennials which also touts a strong millennial workforce and effective retention methods. Rachel Bullock is the COO of Render Media and she joins Cheddar to explain how Render is building an maintaining an environment where millennials want to work and want to stay working. Bullock explains that so much of retention is about creating a positive environment to work in. A few things go into that environment. A number are about the cultural space, like having an open office and the ability to work from home. Another part is the ability to grow within the company and achieve promotions.
