The e-commerce site is committed to helping women build their ideal businesses on the platform. In fact, 1/3 of the female sellers on Etsy treat their business as their full-time job.
Internally, Etsy is also committed to promoting female leadership. 5 out of the 8 directors are women, making it one of the few public tech companies with gender parity on the board.
