Dow Jones industrials fell more than 1,500 points on Monday. This marked the largest single-day point drop in history. Melissa Armo, Owner of The Stock Swoosh, explains her outlook on the market amid this volatility. "I would not panic at this point," says Armo. "When you look at it in the whole--in the bigger picture--it's really not that terrible." The deadline for a budget resolution before a government shutdown is on February 8th. Armo says this looming deadline could be impacting investor confidence.
