"The camera specs are one of the areas where these companies can really compete and one-up each other," says Ackerman.

"From the leaks we saw today it kind of looks like the same phone, maybe a better processor, maybe a better camera. But maybe we've kind of hit a wall with what we can do with this form factor," said Ackerman.
