A 15-year-old drowned on Sunday at a beach on Sandy Hook in New Jersey. The teen was among a group of six swimmers, five of whom survived after being rescued, who were swimming in an area without a lifeguard.
They've been charged with the abuse of approxmately 190 sets of decaying remains at one of their facilities, including some that apparently had been languishing there for four years.
