WayUp helps connects young adults with jobs and was discovered after Wessel tried a career in politics. She realized she didn't like some of the people she was working with and wanted to start a company that would help others find their passion. Most of the employees at WayUp are millennials or Gen Z'ers. Wessel talks about how important it is to have a staff of people who went through the same issues that the company solves for its clients. In addition to that, Wessel talks about the process of hiring an executive team.
