MISINFORMATION CRACKDOWN
YouTube will no longer remove videos with misinformation about the 2020 election or claims that the election was "stolen," after a change to their internal policies. Since December 2020, the platform said it has removed tens of thousands of videos making false claims that the election was stolen from former president Donald Trump or that there was widespread fraud.
