Labor talks are coming to a head in the entertainment industry, as the Writers Guild of America (WGA) said it's prepared to strike at midnight Tuesday if it doesn't come to terms with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP).
In a statement Sunday, the Atlanta-based Fearless Fund said it would comply with the order but remained confident of prevailing in the lawsuit, which was brought by conservative activist Edward Blum’s American Alliance for Equal Rights.
