Maltbie says the new locations will offer extra motivation to anyone who steps through the doors. Maltbie explains all of the Tough Mudder Bootcamp workouts are designed to be "drop-in" ready.
While you can work out with Tough Mudder as much or as little as you want, Maltbie recommends working out with them at least twice a week if you want to run a Tough Mudder race.
