In terms of ways individuals should improve their brand, Hall suggests focusing on education. In an era of distrust, education is a key to building your brand and your legitimacy.
Hall also stresses the importance of meeting connections in person. You move from short-term to long-term memory when you communicate in person rather than online. Despite Hall running a nearly entirely online company, he recognizes and stresses the importance of strategic in-person meet-ups.
Hall challenges viewers to set goals for 2018 and take small steps towards them each day. Whether it is building a website, growing your Twitter following, or investing in a side hustle, Hall suggests making that a priority in 2018.

Southwest Airlines will soon require plus-size travelers to pay for an extra seat in advance if they can't fit within the armrests of one seat. This change is part of several updates the airline is making. The new rule starts on Jan. 27, the same day Southwest begins assigning seats. Currently, plus-size passengers can pay for an extra seat in advance and later get a refund, or request a free extra seat at the airport. Under the new policy, refunds are still possible but not guaranteed. Southwest said in a statement it is updating policies to prepare for assigned seating next year.
