On Wednesday, Wix.com launched a new Wix Code platform that combines Wix editor with features for advanced applications and design. Nir Zohar, President and COO of Wix, joins Cheddar to discuss how the new platform will make the website design process easier.
The past quarter, Wix saw growth in revenue and subscriptions. Some 188,000 new premium subscriptions were added, which is up 33% year-over-year. He talks about Wix hitting record levels of conversion, mainly due to new product releases, and improvements to existing products.

Tech and entertainment giant Sony appears to be getting serious about automaking. An electric concept SUV — the Vision S-02 — was unveiled at CES 2022 and is slated to be produced by a new subdivision, Sony Mobility. This comes after the company revealed the Vision S concept Sedan at CES 2020.

It's no secret tech giant Amazon has a mission of becoming a major player in sports media, and the company is poised to make progress on that goal in 2022. Amazon Prime Video will be the exclusive home to Thursday Night Football for the 2022-23 NFL season.
