The wife of Rex Heuermann, the man suspected of multiple murders in Gilgo Beach, Long Island, has filed for divorce.
A smaller storm was expected Monday night while more powerful systems are forecast for Wednesday and the upcoming weekend.
“The Avengers” remains in critical condition while being treated for serious injuries that happened while he was plowing snow.
They also vowed in their statement Sunday to support him and promote “his presumption of innocence.”
