The shop, which has been named one of the most instagrammable in America, as well as one of the best ice cream shops in New York, is serving new seasonal flavors. Owner and Founder Tony Quach stopped by to tell us all about them.
Quach explains that his product is a hybrid of shaved ice and ice cream, using a fresh dairy base. A special shaver turns the dessert into, "ribbons of creamy goodness."
