The Supreme Court declined to take up the Trump Administration's appeal on DACA. The nation's highest court refused to hear Trump's challenge to a lower court ruling that temporarily block the government from winding down the Obama-era immigration program. "It is definitely a blow to the Trump Administration," says Bernal. "That deadline (March 5) is all-but nonexistent at this point. That was sort-of the last straw for that."
Bernal says the significance of this move by the Supreme Court, is that DACA has essentially not lost a full day in court to date.
