Bravo's "Shahs of Sunset" star Mercedes "MJ" Javid confirms to Cheddar that the show will be renewed for a seventh season. She sat down with Alyssa Julya Smith in Los Angeles to talk about building her own brand, including the recent launch of her new lipstick line “Liquid Lips By MJ."

She thinks the best way to do this is to get out of the rent cycle, and purchase property.
