Greg Barker, the director of the film, says he wanted to give people an inside look into the long hours that go into the major foreign policy decisions made by the Obama administration's top foreign policy officials. "The Final Year" follows a number of officials, including Power and Former Secretary of State John Kerry, during the final year of the Obama's presidency.
