Tom Harari, Co-Founder and CEO of Cleanly, joins This Changes Things to discuss how Y Combinator helped get his company off the ground. Plus, this industry is all about customer service so how does Cleanly make sure people keep coming back? Harari says empathy is key. Customers want to know they're being heard.
