Dr. Travis Stork, M.D. of "The Doctors" shares his tips for making healthy eating an easy part of your daily routine. He says one of the most important parts of being healthy is gut bacteria. "Healthy people have more gut bacteria," Dr. Stork notes. Eating foods with probiotics helps grow a healthy gut. One diet that has been front and center in the news is that of President Trump. The president loves indulging in Diet Coke and fast food regularly. When asked about the president's diet, Dr. Stork replied, "all I'm going to say is I wouldn't eat any of that."
