United Airlines is classing things up. The company is launching a new premium economy class later this year. It's a more spacious option that comes with free booze, a Saks Fifth Avenue blanket and pillow, plus an amenity kit.
United hasn't released its pricing structure yet, but premium economy on a recent American Airlines flight from Philadelphia to Paris was 27 percent more expensive than coach.
