He says tipping has decreased 10% from 5 years ago. Consumer Reports says millennials tip the least out of all the generations. Those 70 and older were the most likely to give holiday tips, with 62 percent giving a median of $25. Northeasterners are also a little more giving--they tip more often than other regions of the country. Plus, who should you tip?
