A new report from S.I. details allegations of sexual harassment against the team's former President and CEO, Terdema Ussery. Multiple women claim that Ussery sexually harassed or assaulted them while they worked for the Dallas Mavericks. Nick Dimengo, Senior Editor at FHM Magazine, weighs in on the report. The Mavericks' owner Mark Cuban has come forward saying that there is a culture problem. Cuban says every employee will undergo sensitivity training, including himself.
