She explains what causes individual cravings, and how you can help to curb them. Smith says there are specific foods that can help fight off sadness. She reveals why bananas, raw cacao, and other items are some of the most effective edible mood boosters. She also shares some questions you can ask yourself to help understand the root causes of your cravings. Then, Smith explains her mantra, "You are what you chop." She says learning how to properly chop vegetables can drastically lessen anxiety levels in the kitchen and help promote home cooking.
