Fitness Expert Jillian Michaels launched a new version of her app "My Fitness" at the start of the new year. The software update features interactive workouts, and meal plans. Michaels explains the power of technology to help her users achieve their fitness goals.
"It can personalize your workout regime based on your goals," explains Michaels. "If you use it properly it can be an incredible incentivizer."
One of the key features of this app is its ability to integrate with wearable technology such as the Apple Watch. Michaels explains this integration further enables her users to track and monitor their fitness goals.
