Comedy special "America is the Greatest Country in the United States" is now streaming on Netflix. Comedian Judah Friedlander explains how he created this project and eventually sold it to the streaming network.
"This is something the Netflix audience hasn't seen before," says Friedlander. It was shot in black and white, and features a long-form stand-up performance. Friedlander says Netflix has been a big game in stand up comedy for the past couple years. "In some ways they are the only game in town," says Friedlander.
Comedy is a small art said Friedlander. He says his goal with this project was to give the Netflix audience an intimate look inside his stand-up performance.
