In this episode of "In The Moment" sponsored by Citi Tim Stenovec sits down with ClassPass Founder Payal Kadakia to discuss how her love of dance inspired an app now used in over 50 cities. Kadakia was three years old when she took her first dance class and over the duration of her life, it became her number one hobby. When she graduated college, she wondered how she could keep that hobby in her life without the hassle of finding a dance class she loved. That's where ClassPass was born. She wanted to make the ease of finding places to work out a seamless process. In the episode, Kadakia talks about the challenges in starting and expanding a new company. ClassPass is actually not the original concept Kadakia started with, but she explains how she worked on developing a user experience that works for its clients and is what ClassPass is today.
