Billings explains a Falcon Heavy rocket will be surprisingly cheap to purchase, with a price tag of around $90 million. That's less than 20% what the Delta IV Heavy rocket cost.
Part of the reason it's supposed to be so cheap is that it will be largely reusable. SpaceX says there's no decrease in quality with a rocket that has been used before.

Vought directed the CFPB in a Saturday night email to stop work on proposed rules, to suspend the effective dates on any rules that were finalized but not yet effective, and to stop investigative work and not begin any new investigations. The agency has been a target of conservatives since President Barack Obama created it following the 2007-2008 financial crisis.
