He said one of the most important steps is doing research to compare prices and be willing to walk away from a business if rates are not in alignment with what you see elsewhere. "If they aren't going to help, then there's so many service provider offering the same service nowadays and if you've done your research, then you should be able to walk away and get those rates from somewhere else that you want," he said.
