Some tips to keep in mind when picking a lender: use a bank you know and trust, consider more than just the rate, and conduct a mini-interview to vet the lender. Bonitatibus also talks about the importance of the relationship between the prospective buyer and the lender.
Plus, she discusses how millennials have influenced the house lending market. Chase Home Lending has seen homebuyers under the age of 35 grow in the last year, making up a significant amount of its purchase volume in 2016.
