Shanola Hampton has enjoyed success for eight seasons on Showtime's "Shameless," opposite William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum. She joins Cheddar to talk about her role on the show, and how excited she is about the show coming back for a ninth season. Hampton discusses some of the risque moments her character has been through, including a three-way with her own mother. She also talks about what it's been like showing off her work. The actress is also the host of "Beyond the Scenes with SHOWTIME," which highlights what goes into the making of the popular Showtime series. The Shameless star was also recently awarded the Spirit of Elysium award, which is given to an artist who “lives their life in a state of constant creativity, in constant search of personal and spiritual growth and in constant service to others.”
