Lutz Miller, author at Seeking Alpha, discusses the toy collectibles market and why now is a good time for investors to get in. Lutz talks about the toy company, Funko, that recently went public. It allows adult collectors to buy figures from some of the biggest film franchises like Marvel's "Black Panther" and Disney's "A Wrinkle in Time." Since going public, the company's stock has overall been flat. Lutz explains why now is still a good time to get into a stock like Funko, especially if you're new to the toy collectible industry.

That comes as President Donald Trump's administration imposes new restrictions targeting legal pathways into the country. The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research survey finds Americans are more likely than they were in March 2024 to say it’s a “major benefit” that people who come to the U.S. legally contribute to the economy and help American companies get the expertise of skilled workers.
