John Dewar and Sons has been distilling whisky in Scotland since 1846. It's one of the largest blended whisky distillers in the world. The company is launching Dewar's 25. The 25-year-old blended whisky is the company's first new blend since 2014. Gabriel Cardarella, Dewar's North American brand ambassador, explains what into making this spirit. He shared knowledge on whisky blends and noted that using whisky from different casks adds an additional depth of flavor.
