According to PlasticOceans.org, the United States consumes an average of 60 billion single-serve plastic water bottles every year. rOcean is hoping to change that. rOcean is a water filter device that connects directly to your home's tap water. Sunjay Guleria and Mohini Boparai Guleria co-founded the company together to bring a cleaner, more convenient option to the market. The pair join Cheddar to show the prototype for the device. rOcean went live on Indiegogo today, and the Guleria's expect that orders will be shipping by Christmas.
