The bill aims to make physical examinations of presidential candidates mandatory before elections. The Congressman says the bill would require all future presidential nominees to be examined by the presidential physician, a military officer, to ensure they are in the right physical and mental state to govern.
Congressman Boyle says he has had serious conversations with Democrats in Congress about passing the legislation. He is confident that come January 2019, Democrats will again hold control in taking back Congress, and be able to turn the "Stable Genius Act" into law.
