The holiday season means huge, delicious meals and a fridge full of leftovers. The question often becomes, 'how can I turn day two, day three or even day four of the leftovers into something new?' Phillips is a big fan of turkey when it comes to leftovers. The food gives a lot of flexibility when transforming into a second meal, she says. Her favorite way to use it is to make a turkey taco casserole.
