Chan isn't too concerned about countries buying U.S. debt. Rumors suggested China would stop buying U.S. Treasury Securities but Chan notes that hasn't happened yet.
Chan also isn't worried about a market correction following the volatility we saw in January. Chan says the VIX usually peaks after a market correction has occurred.
