Baker explains that, according to recent data, nearly 40% of home buyers consider paperwork and understanding the process the top struggle with the buying process, but Qualia is designed to do all the heavy lifting for first-time home buyers. Baker explains that the app brings everything online, so there are no paper trails or emails with documents in multiple places. The young entrepreneur explains that millennials are starting to purchase homes and up to 42% of homebuyers are millennials, so new technology is necessary to ease their pains when it comes to closing on a new property.
