In the retail sector specifically, using IoT isn't a new thing, but he wants companies to have access to more real-time data. When it comes to IoT security, he says companies need to make cybersecurity the foundation of whatever they're creating. It can't be an afterthought, because whatever information is out there, hackers will try to steal.
