Platterz uses artificial intelligence to make office catering easier. The tech platform just closed their Series A funding round and raised $15 million.
Jon Ebner is the General Manager of Platterz. He joins to explain how Platterz is one of the first online platforms to automate and bring extensive tech to the catering industry.
Ebner says the machine learning incorporated into Platterz enables clients to complete ordering for 3 months of food as quickly as the single day, non-tech catering process.
With the Series A funding, Ebner says Platterz will continue to spread throughout North America.
