In this week's edition of 'On a Positive Note,' Cheddar News is highlighting women athletic trainers. In an industry that in inundated and oversaturated with male representation, the industry is budding for women. "As a woman, coming into a fitness club such as Lifetime [Fitness] and seeing another female, especially a female training, it can be very inspiring," Samantha Harris, Lifetime Fitness trainer, said.
Nancy Mello, an animal communicator with Medium, joined Cheddar News to discuss how her love of animals led to a change from doing readings with people and spoke of her experiences and the process of helping animals. Mello also does a live pet reading in studio.
