Laureus USA works in cities to bring free sports programs to kids. Mosley explains that the programs also include mentoring, college counseling, and other development tools.

She also acknowledges the performance barrier due to the professionalism of kid sports. With college scholarships and other opportunities on the line, elite and expensive training programs are keeping some kids out.
