Amanda Shapiro, Editor at Healthyish joins Cheddar to discuss why the plan is a mind-body-belly strategy and not just a strict diet that people can break. The plan contains 10 meals you can prep for dinner, and as a bonus, a lot of those meals can be saved for lunch the next day. It also covers one of the biggest issues people have: prepping for lunch. Shapiro also talks about including fitness into your routine. Plus, Shapiro reveals some of the biggest foods trends in 2018.
