These are the headlines you Need 2 Know. * **Independence Day: Travel:** AAA predicts a record 49 million people will be traveling for tomorrow’s national holiday -- two million more than last year. The organization used predictive analytics to estimate the worst times to get on the road over the next few days, depending on where you live: [See list](https://newsroom.aaa.com/2019/06/record-breaking-48-9-million-americans-travel-fourth-of-july/). * **Independence Day: Forecast:** Parts of the northern U.S. are at risk of thunderstorms that could dampen any fireworks, though the rest of the country is largely looking at clear skies tomorrow night. It will be hot and humid across the mid-Atlantic and Southeast, as well as in Alaska, where a heat wave is exacerbating wildfires and leading to dense smoke and low visibility. Last week, the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump Administration hadn’t sufficiently explained why that question needed to be included. It’s a major victory for critics who argued Republicans were trying to add that question to dissuade immigrants and non-citizens from filling out the form. Scientists say a combination of gene-editing technology and a slow-release antiviral drug led to the elimination. Gov. Doug Ducey said he was “embarrassed for Nike” for bowing to the “current onslaught of political correctness and historical revisionism.” [Cheddar](https://cheddar.com/media/nike-gets-caught-in-americas-culture-wars-with-new-flag-controversy). * **Tesla Record:** Tesla shattered its record for deliveries and production of its luxury electric vehicles in the second quarter, blowing past expectations. The company manufactured more than 87,000 cars and delivered more than 95,000 in the three-month period. It was a welcome bit of good news for Elon Musk, who has been under pressure as Tesla’s stock price has fallen due to production and logistics issues. The boy’s mom, who says he was put on the wrong flight by the airline, says he texted from the runway, noting it was odd that many people on the flight spoke German. The plane was sent back to the gate, but the teen missed his flight. He ultimately made it to Sweden. The airline has apologized. Poll: More Americans think companies benefit from legal immigration
A new poll finds U.S. adults are more likely than they were a year ago to think immigrants in the country legally benefit the economy. That comes as President Donald Trump's administration imposes new restrictions targeting legal pathways into the country. The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research survey finds Americans are more likely than they were in March 2024 to say it’s a “major benefit” that people who come to the U.S. legally contribute to the economy and help American companies get the expertise of skilled workers. At the same time, perceptions of illegal immigration haven’t shifted meaningfully. Americans still see fewer benefits from people who come to the U.S. illegally.

Shares of Tylenol maker Kenvue are bouncing back sharply before the opening bell a day after President Donald Trump promoted unproven and in some cases discredited ties between Tylenol, vaccines and autism. Trump told pregnant women not to use the painkiller around a dozen times during the White House news conference Monday. The drugmaker tumbled 7.5%. Shares have regained most of those losses early Tuesday in premarket trading.
