The extremely rare and bipartisan move is a rebuke to both President Trump and Saudi Arabia after the killing of Jamal Khashoggi. The girl went into seizures while in custody and had a 105.7-degree fever before being taken to a hospital, where she died. The agency is investigating whether proper protocol was followed to get the girl medical assistance.
