The New Yorker reported on Sunday that Kavanaugh allegedly exposed himself to Deborah Ramirez, now 53, at a party at Yale University in the 1980s. The UN:** About 120 world leaders will gather in Manhattan this week for the annual United Nations General Assembly. President Trump, who arrived in the area on Sunday night, will deliver the customary address to the assembly on Tuesday. During last year's UN meetings, Trump threatened to “totally destroy North Korea” and called Kim Jong-un “rocket man.” Since then, he has been steadily distancing the U.S. from the UN and its initiatives. This is the second part of the country to place a ban on full-face coverings, as they remain a polarizing issue across Europe. The voter turnout in the northeastern canton was around 36 percent. The Islamic Central Council, Switzerland’s largest Islamic organization, still recommends that women cover their faces and said it would closely monitor the implementation of the ban. Burqas are also banned in France and Denmark. The winning bid of $38.8 billion will need to be approved by Sky’s shareholders before Comcast can acquire the company and its 23 million European subscribers and entertainment assets. Rupert Murdoch and his 21st Century Fox have been working to buy Sky since 2016 and already own a 39 percent stake in the company. Since 2013, Woods has undergone four back surgeries and has admitted he was unsure if he would ever be able to play golf again. Woods got emotional during the trophy presentation at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga., saying, “I can’t believe I pulled this off… I’ve had it not so easy the last couple of years, and I’ve worked my way back.” Woods will now head to France to compete in the Ryder Cup. But CEO Tim Cook has already rejected the first show ー the drama series, “Vital Signs,” was a dark, semi-biographical story about hip-hop artist Dr. Dre and was eventually deemed too violent for Apple. Apple has said it wants high-quality content with stars and broad appeal, but without the sex, profanity, and violence. The snake is only about two weeks old and about six inches long, but copperheads often grow to 18-36 inches and are prone to attacking humans. The snake is currently being cared for by an experienced viper keeper in northern Virginia, and the state hopes to display it at the zoo.
